ZBG Events

There are many events scheduled for this year at ZBG, and many are open to the public. Most events are held inside the garden center and are free of charge, while a few require an entrance fee. One such paid event is Zilker Garden Festival, our annual spring garden extravaganza, which fills the main parking lot and much of the grounds.

Wedding and memorial ceremonies are now allowed at Zilker Botanical Garden. Reservations are required for wedding or memorial ceremonies on the grounds in the Zilker Botanical Garden. The Garden Center Greene Room and Auditorium are available for receptions, parties and gatherings.For availability and reservations, please contact Julye Evans at 512-477-8672 ext. 10. Please note, reservations are required for all events on the Zilker Botanical Garden grounds or in the building.

Photographers – Please see information on required registration for commercial and professional use. There are regularly schedule events and meetings held at the Botanical Gardens that may interfere with gaining access to that perfect location for your photo.
